- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within minutes once approved.
- 3330kh reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
- Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Prohibited Transactions
- Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Any attempt to use 3330kh for the purpose of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity will result in immediate permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks or reversal requests made to your payment provider without first contacting 3330kh support constitute a breach of these Terms. 3330kh reserves the right to pursue recovery of any amounts subject to a fraudulent chargeback.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct
